1. Operator and covered purchases
Andromalius is a software product provided by Richard Kowalczyk, a New York sole proprietor. This policy covers the $0.01 challenge-audit and $0.02 discovery-audit products sold during the bounded founding beta.
2. Eligible claims
A claim may qualify when:
- the same purchase was verifiably settled more than once; or
- payment settled successfully but the purchased report was not delivered.
A report’s conclusions, score, or findings do not by themselves make a delivered audit refundable. Nothing in this policy limits a right that applicable law does not permit us to limit.
3. How to claim
Email support@andromalius.io within 30 calendar days of settlement. Include the Base transaction hash, product route, approximate time, and a concise description of the failure. Never send a private key, recovery phrase, payment authorization, or identity document. We may ask for a safe wallet-control proof when necessary to prevent fraud.
4. Review and timing
We aim to acknowledge a complete claim within five business days and decide it within ten business days. Complex fraud, sanctions, provider, blockchain, or legal review may take longer; if so, we will provide a status update through the claim channel.
5. Refund destination and amount
Approved refunds ordinarily return the eligible purchase amount in native USDC on Base to the originating address. We do not deduct an undisclosed processing fee. Wallet or network fees paid separately by a buyer are not refundable unless required by law. A different destination requires documented legal or technical necessity and additional verification.
6. Public blockchain
A refund is a new blockchain transaction; it does not erase or reverse the original public transfer. Transaction hashes, addresses, amounts, and times may remain visible and indexed indefinitely.
